Call or email before sending in any desktop or laptop for service, for a desktop PC just the tower/desktop unit with its original power cord/power supply and Windows/recovery disc(s)is required. Any commercial software you would like to reinstall must be sent also. All materials submitted will be returned with computer when services are complete.
For this service we use UPS, take the PC to a UPS Store/UPS drop off location in your area. A UPS Store can can help you properly package it for shipping.
