Privacy No information gathered from our customers will not be put on a list to be sold or giving to anybody outside of Berntech that might cause spam or other businesses to pursue that you did not ask for. Information will be used only internally for selling our Custom Built Desktop PC's only. Security of this info is our top priority, we value and understand our customer privacy and security in this manner.
BERNTECH Custom Desktop PC's
With individual attention, will work with to come up with the specs and the system that you desire by email, over the phone or skype. We will work with you, your satisfaction is our priority. Things like look or design, which Windows OS or no OS. From the specifications we get from you, will then pick out, shop and compile components that will meet your specifications.
Every computer system we build will come with a envelope packet with info materials for your system and a genuine copy of a Microsoft Windows on disc depending which one you chose, a recovery DVD with a hard drive image that is unique to your system. You will always have a way to restore that system to new as that day you picked it up or was shipped. Just make sure you keep that DVD in a safe place for when you need it.
Normally a computer will be completed in a week, however do allow up to 2 weeks for shipment of your custom desktop. Computers will be built in the order the finalized orders are received. Upon a completed computer it will be fully tested for 24 hours before shipping, a computer will not ship unless it passes our test. You will recieve an completion and a shipment email noticification.
Pickup option: Technically we are Online/Mail Order business however we do offer the pickup of your custom PC if you do not want to pay for shipping. Specify this when ordering a computer, this is by appointment only, we will call you to schedule a pickup date & time. You must be able to reach Deptford, Gloucester County, New Jersey, USA.
Payment Methods
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit cards are accepted through Pay Pal(account not needed to pay by credit card).
Berntech Custom Desktops may be ordered on the Home page only, the pre- configured systems you just select desired choice in the box, then click "Add To Cart" button to order. Then click "Proceed to Checkout" button, on following screen under don't have Pay Pal account click on "Continue", fill out form on that screen. Click "review order and continue" button, then follow screens to continue.
Pay Pal Accounts: Yes you may pay through your Pay Pal account, don't have one, it's easy sign up for one at paypal.com. It's fast, easy and secure.
Payments Plan: $250. down on your custom desktop then remaining balance divided in to monthly payments, You can pay through Pay Pal, send personal, cashiers checks or money orders billing will be by mail. We can send payment request each month through Pay Pal by email if you choose Pay Pal, there will be $35. late fee applied to your balance each month your late or no payment recieved if then we still recieve no payment it will be sent to collections.
Cashier Checks & Money Orders: Orders processed upon receipt of a cashier's check or money order, write your order # on the check or money order and payments can be mailed to: Berntech.com, 139 Peterson Boulevard, Woodbury, NJ 08096-1820
Personal & Company Checks: For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Write your order # on the check and mail to: Berntech.com, 139 Peterson Boulevard, Woodbury, NJ 08096-1820
COD (by UPS, payments option does'nt apply you must pay in full at the time of delivery of your custom PC with COD

Warranty Information All Berntech custom desktops include a 1 year warranty. Free from failures, defects, etc. All claims for warranty service must be made during the term of the warranty.
Your warranty and return policy begins on the day we ship your computer or is picked up. After your warranty expires, it is important to note that many of your components will still carry a manufacturer warranty (e.g., most hard drives are 3 years, Corsair memory is lifetime!). If a component fails or is found to be defective and is reported during this term, we will repair or replace the defective part with new or reconditioned parts at our option. We are not responsible for damaged computers as a result of overclocking, spyware, power surges, virus', acts of God, or natural disaster.
Warranty Limitations There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall Berntech, Berntech.com be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Returns We have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the system for ANY reason, we will give you a full refund on your system hardware. All returns must be undamaged and in as-new condition. After the 30 days, the system can be returned, however customer is responsible for shipping costs to return a system. Defective or problem computers once determined to be defective can be returned at our cost for refund, repair or replaced at the customer choice.
Defective computers after determined is defective and is still under warranty. We will provide a prepaid UPS shipping label to use to return the defective PC back to us, if returning PC is customers choice. Otherwise also we can send a replacement part to customer free of charge, the only requirement is that defective part is returned as proof. Again a UPS prepaid shipping label will be provided. We suggest to take all PC's to be returned to a UPS Store or Commercial site that specializes in package shipping to ensure computer is packed and secured properly for shipment.
Soliciting & Spam From Other Businesses About our phone # & email address, no soliciting of any kind will be accepted or considered at any time, Thank You, Please respect this, they are for conducting business with our customers and clients only. I will not even consider any offers, products, services that I did not request for, you will just be wasting your time and mine.

BERNTECH eSTORE POLICIES
The Berntech eStore is provided and filled by Next Day PC and thus has a different set of policies than above, which we do not have control over, here will be some mentioned here. For a complete detailed account of the online store policy you may click "Help" at the very top of the page of the eStore. Again these only apply to the Berntech eStore.
Payment Methods
Pay Pal: is not excepted through the eStore, we apologize for the inconvience.
Credit Cards: credit cards are excepted(which is not through Pay Pal) but directly, while shopping online at the Berntech eStore. Cards you may use are Mastercard, Visa, America Express and Discover.
By Phone: If you feel uncomfortable entering your Credit Card information online you can choose to call us with your payment information. Please call Toll free 1-800-270-0700 between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time during normal business days. A customer service representative will add the payment information to your order. Please make sure to have your order reference number available.
